The aftermath of the Intrusion has changed the Seattle landscape, and the citizens who live here. Many buildings were rebuilt, many were not. It is still considered the Emerald City, but due to the constant state of war, Seattle now has become a fortress.
Seattle is still getting back on its feet again, and has seen more history, in the shortest amount of time, than any city on the face of the earth. Since the Intrusion of 2007, the population has plummeted greatly.

Only the Daeva clan has been permitted to reside within Seattle's city limits. No other kindred! No exceptions! Lilian X of the Los Angeles clan has relocated to Seattle due in part from repeated attacks from neighboring factions.
A secret deal was struck between Don Morrelle Giovanni and Lilian X: He was on the run, and she needed to safeguard her followers. She fed the Giovanni Hit Squads false information, and Morrelle paid for an "underground railroad" to filter in her on progeny.
The Daeva work the nights, and sniff out any all who would upset this mutual partnership.
